Bhagwati Hydro to distribute 10% cash dividend

Kathmandu: Bhagwati Hydro power has called annual general meeting to proposed 10% cash dividend. The hydro power company has called the meeting  to pass proposed 10.5263% dividend of paid-up capital to shareholder. 

The company have decided to distribute 6 million 2 lakh 17 thousand 336 rupee cash dividend which is 10.563% of 57 million 20 lakh 64 thousand 700 of the net profit and accumulated capital of the fiscal year 2079/80. 

The company would distribute the dividend to shareholders after passing the proposal in the annual general meeting. The AGM will held on 9th January.

The hydropower project is operating 4,500 KW which located on the Bijaypur river in Pokhara.
